TrulyReview adapts to your practice's unique needs. From solo practitioners to large firms, practices of all types and sizes can use it to provide a consistent and thorough client feedback process. Using our service for requesting feedback not just after a matter, but during an ongoing matter, gives you more chances to fix problems as they arise. Regardless of matter type, TrulyReview can be used throughout your business to highlight individual, group and firm strengths and help assess what may need improvement.
To provide the most relevant analysis to you we first learn about you. Filling out your profile is the first step to helping us do so. We just ask for a little information about your practice.
TrulyReview will notify you by email to complete surveys to create your profile. Once completed, the surveys are reviewed and used to customize what surveys we send to your clients and when. Your profile also helps to contextualize any analysis that we give to you. The entire setup process takes approximately a month, after which you will be able to survey your clients.

We save you time by creating concise, but detailed reports periodically or automatically when you so desire, so that you do not have to. We can build reports over given time periods, covering specific desired matters, covering specific areas of interest, and much more. Our reports build upon our thorough unique analysis and insights to help you inform decisions that keep you working at your best.
